Qualifications:
Single
17-23 years old
at least 5’2” in height
can converse well in both English and Filipino.
Currently in college or has just finished a college degree not more than two years ago.
With pleasing personality
Is not associated with any magazine brand.
Is not an endorser of any conflicting brand of sponsor/s.
Mechanics:
Cut out the Chalk Cover Girl nomination coupon foundinside Chalk Magazine’s September and October 2005 issues only.
Fill out the coupon with your name or name of nominee and enclose one full body and close-up photo in a short brown envelope. Label your photos with your (or nominee’s) name.
On a separate sheet of paper, provide the following details: Name, Age, Birthday, Birth place, Height, Weight, School, Year and Course, Contact Nos. (Mobile and Home), E-mail Address,Extracurricular Activities, Hobbies, and Interests.
Answer the following questions in paragraph form: 1.) Describe yourself. 2.) Why are you joining/nominating your friend in Chalk’s Cover Girl Search?
Incomplete entries will be considered invalid.

Announcement of Chalk Cover Girl:
All entries will be properly screened by Chalk’s panel of judges, who will decide the Top 20 nominees. The Top 20 nominees will be announced in Chalk’s Dec-Jan 2006 issue. Top 20 will be trimmed down to the Final 5. Voting period for the Final 5 is from Dec. 1 – Jan. 31 only.
The more coupons you send, the more chances your favorite Chalk Cover Girl will enter the top five. Final 5 will be announced in Chalk’s March 2006 issue. From the 5, only 1 will win the title of Chalk CoverGirl. Voting period for the grand winner is from March 1 – April 30 only.
Chalk Cover Girl winner will be on the cover of the June 2006 issue.
